We know folks have been wanting the ability to move deals from one board to another – without duplicating the deal first and tying it back to the same property.
Now you can effortlessly move deals board to board with a simple drag-and-drop, taking a deal from the acquisition board to the sales board and onto your marketing board, for example.
Of course, we haven’t gotten rid of the ability to copy/paste deals on have them on multiple boards, just introduced more flexibility into your process if you need it.
This update streamlines your workflow, allowing for a clean slate while retaining all vital property information.
Manage your deals more efficiently with Pebble’s enhanced board transition feature.
Automated Follow-ups 2.0: Improvements🔝
In February, we introduced Automated Follow-ups, and the response has been phenomenal. We’re taking it a step further with exciting updates based on your feedback.
Here’s a sneak peek into what’s coming soon (like in the next couple of weeks):
Customized Follow-up Dates: No more preset dates Now, customize the date of each follow-up step according to your preferences.
Placeholders for Personalized Communication: Save time personalizing your follow-ups with dynamic placeholders that allow you to pre-populate information. Easily insert data like the contact name, APN, date or other property-specific details to create tailored messages with a few clicks. No more going back and forth manually inputting everything.
Automated Follow-up Mailers: Take your follow-up game to the next level by incorporating automated mailers. Send emails, texts, and physical mail like postcards and letters in a sequence that suits your strategy. Build a comprehensive follow-up system that engages your leads across multiple channels.
Exciting, isn’t it? Depending on when you’re reading this, these updates are either already live or will be rolled out very shortly, so keep an eye on your dashboard!
