In the spirit of making your land investment journey smoother, we’re introducing Automated Follow-ups. Picture this: leads rolling in, and without lifting a finger, they are seamlessly enrolled in a follow-up sequence.
Whether it’s emails, text messages or even physical mailings, the possibilities are endless.
Yep, you read that right, you can automate mailings and that integration with our mailing system adds an extra layer of versatility allowing you to craft offer sequences with increasing intensity over several months, all without breaking a sweat.
Tailor your follow-up flows based on lead behavior – from casual property browsers to hot leads, you can dial in your approach to align with their interest level.
We mentioned this last month and have made some serious progress, so much so that it’ll be ready for release close to the end of the year (or early next year).
Simplified contact management
The automatic follow-up update extends to contact management.
Contacts, once hidden away in the settings page, are stepping into the limelight.
A revamped sidebar will host all your contact information, making it easy to search, filter and gain deeper insights into your contacts’ records.
Expect these enhancements in the coming weeks, adding a layer of simplicity to your workflow.
New “Wallet” System: Transparency in campaign costs
Ever activated a campaign and later felt like you were in the dark about its costs? Just waiting for an invoice saying, “Hey we charged your card for this amount”?

So we’re rolling out a new “wallet” system to bring transparency to your campaign expenses. Now, when you activate a campaign, you won’t be left guessing.
Our system will provide a cost estimate upfront, giving you clarity on what to expect. No more post-campaign surprises – just a straightforward projection of your expenses and you’ll be able to pre-fund that campaign.
