From revamped notifications and faster search to the much-anticipated mobile app launch, we’ve got some solid (and much-requested) updates to keep your land investing business running smoothly.

Let’s dive into the details!

🔔 New Notifications: Better Organization

• Problem: Everyone was getting notifications about everything in one list, making it easy to miss important info

• Solution: Give you more control of what you’re notified about and streamline review

We've revamped notifications for better clarity and control.

Now, notifications are grouped by type, like automations, assigned to you, tasks, calls, voicemails, etc. making it easier to see and prioritize important updates.

Don’t worry, if you want to see all notifications in one place, you can still do that 😊

You can also filter, mark as read or archive notifications, giving you a cleaner overview. 

🤫Silence Inbox: Only Get The Notifications That Matter

• Problem: Teams members were getting notifications, calls, emails, etc. about parts of your business that weren’t relevant to them

• Solution: Create a way for each team member to choose what they receive

This is a biggie for investors working with teams; our new Silence Inbox feature allows each team member to control which inboxes they receive notifications from. 

They can silence notifications from specific inboxes, like acquisitions or disposition—your acquisition manager doesn’t need to hear from buyers, for example.

The goal? Cut out the noise and ensure your people only focus on the most relevant tasks without distractions.

🔍 Faster Search: Efficiency Boost

• Problem: Our search function was a little laggy

• Solution: We sped it up for you

Searching through properties and contacts is now quicker than ever. With our optimized search, results load almost instantly, even when working with large datasets.

This enhancement is particularly beneficial for users managing thousands of property records, enabling more efficient workflows.

📞 Call Reminder Automations: Never Miss a Lead

• Problem: Leads were falling through the cracks because touch points were being missed

• Solution: Add reminders that notify you or a team member to call lead

As an upgrade to our Automated Follow-Ups feature that went live several months ago, we’ve added Call Reminder automation to the mix.

Now, you can automatically schedule call reminders as part of your Action Plans.

Set specific days and times for these reminders, ensuring follow-up calls happen on time. You can also assign specific teammates to receive these notifications, keeping communication consistent and organized.

📱 Mobile App (Coming Soon!) Stay Connected Anywhere

• Problem: Land investors want to be able to work from their phones

• Solution: Pebble Mobile App!

Exciting news—our mobile app is launching soon!

We hear you loud and clear and we’re putting the finishing touches on the Pebble Mobile App. We’ve had folks beta testing recently and we’re just working out the kinks before launch.

The app will allow you to handle inbound and outbound calls directly from your mobile device, making it easier to stay connected while on the go, streamlining your communication and ensuring you never miss an important call or message—no matter where you are.

Initially available for iOS, with Android coming later, the app will also evolve over time to include more features.
