December Feature Update: Updated Maps, Subdivides & Pebble Refresh🎉

Happy holidays!
As we close out 2024, it’s time for the last feature update of the year!
This month’s updates focus on making property mapping even more intuitive, improving contact organization and delivering a fresh new look for Pebble going into 2025.
🗺️ Updated Maps: Drawing and Subdivide Features
Mapping is at the heart of Pebble and this month we’re launching even more ways to help you get the most out of the map.
Subdivide parcels with more flexibility (and ease): Whether you’re exploring how to break a property into smaller lots or doing diligence on a deal, our new divider tool lets you draw and reshape parcels directly on the map. Instantly see the acreage of each section, making it easy to plan subdivides or assess usability.
Draw & measure: Need to calculate road frontage or property boundaries? Want to double-check the lot size to make sure the county records are accurate? Use the line tool to measure distances quickly and accurately. Like the subdivides, these measurements can be saved for reference later.
Seamless interaction: A small thing but nice for UI nerds like us, you can also access all mapping features directly from the property page without opening a full-screen view. Quickly confirm property size, check neighboring parcel details or assess risks—all without going full-screen, which was the case before.
Flood Zones, wetlands & 3D visualization: This was from a previous update but just a reminder! Layers like flood zones and wetlands ensure you’re aware of any property risks. With the 3D view and topography lines, you can evaluate slopes and elevations, helping you identify buildable areas or potential challenges.
👥 Contact Category Filters
Contacts are the backbone of any land business and we’re making them easier to manage than ever:
Categorize & Filter: Assign categories like buyer or seller to your contacts for instant filtering. Need to generate a buyer list? Just filter by category and export. More filters coming soon so you can get even more granular!
Land is of course property-record first but with these changes, we’re making sure Pebble’s contact management tools are as powerful as its property features.
🎨 Product Reskin: A Fresh Look for Pebble
Pebble is getting a makeover!
To close out 2024, we’ve introduced a modernized interface that’s as intuitive as it is beautiful.
Here’s what to expect:
Streamlined Design: A clean, orange-themed color palette and updated icons make navigating Pebble more delightful.
Unified Navigation: Simplified menus focus on your workflow, guiding you seamlessly from campaigns to lead management to deal flow.
