We're continuing 2025 with updates designed to simplify your workflows, improve support, and enhance your Pebble experience. This month introduces live chat support, mobile app improvements, and expanded integration capabilities to help you work more efficiently.

💬 New Live Chat Support: Get Answers Faster

We understand how important immediate support is when you're in the middle of a deal. That's why we've added live chat support directly within the Pebble platform:
Access live chat through the icon in the bottom right corner of your dashboard
Connect with real team members during business hours (8am PST - 5pm PST)
Get quick answers to straightforward questions without delay
Perfect complement to our email support system
For more complex questions or issues requiring visual explanation, we still recommend reaching out via email (hello@pebblerei.com) with a screen recording or Loom video to help us understand your specific situation. These recordings significantly reduce back-and-forth communication and help us identify any bugs or interface issues you might be experiencing.
📱 Revamped Mobile App: Smoother Experience

Our iOS mobile app has received a significant update based on your feedback:
Completely redesigned native calling interface for improved reliability and usability
Fixed dialer interface issues where the dial pad would sometimes disappear
Enhanced notification system to ensure you never miss important alerts
Overall performance and stability improvements for daily use
This updated version should be available by early April in the App Store.
Android Users: We hear you! Android app development is officially on our roadmap for this quarter, with development already underway. The improvements we've made to the iOS version will translate directly to the Android version, allowing for a faster development cycle.
⚡ New Zapier Integrations: Enhanced Workflow Automation
We've completely rebuilt our Zapier integration from the ground up, expanding what's possible when connecting Pebble to your other business tools:

New Triggers (20+ options, up from just 2):
Deal stage changes (create notifications when deals reach specific stages)
Contact creation and updates
Property status changes (purchased, sold)
Property tagging and updates
Document creation events
Offer creation events
New Actions:
Update properties and deals from external sources
Mark properties as purchased or sold
Update contact information
Add or modify tags
Look up contacts and deals
This integration enables many custom workflows. For example:
Track all offers in a Google Sheet for custom analytics and reporting
Automatically send documents to DocuSign when created in Pebble
Trigger email sequences when deals reach specific stages
Send property data to your accounting system when sales close
Create custom dashboards in tools like Google Data Studio or Power BI
Our new Zapier foundation also allows us to add more integrations much faster based on your feedback and requests. This means your ideas for new triggers and actions can be implemented more quickly than ever before.
