This is probably a common scenario for most of you. You got a call from a seller lead. He tells you he owns this property that you sent him a mailer for and he tells you he wants to sell. Perfect! But you know what deal could be sweeter than that? He tells you, he’s got multiple properties and he wants to sell all of them.

So, you’re now in a situation where you only have a draft for one property. What do you do? You probably had to toggle back and forth from one property to another, just to get the details of the other properties in order for you to add them into one document which is quite tedious and time-consuming.

With our recent update to the document generation, the process is now a huge timesaver. You can now conveniently assign multiple properties to one seller lead. Once that’s done, Pebble can now auto-generate those details for multiple properties in one document!

PropStream Column Mapping!

Great news to all PropStream users, importing your property list is much more seamless now. You may now align your Propstream data with Pebble’s property fields with just one click of a button!
